Women's, Men's and Mixed Doubles

Tournament Format

  • Teams are randomly placed into pools (12 teams in 3 pools - 16 team in 4 pools)
  • Each team will play every other team in their pool + one crossover match
  • Pool play matches are played to 11 straight  (or to 14 minute time limit)
  • Match results and score differential will be used to seed each team for knock-out round (1:Wins, 2:head to head, 3:score differential)
  • All teams from each pool will advance to knock-out round and be seeded based on pool play
  • Knock-out matches will be  played to 11 straight (no time limit) - consolation matches 14 minute time limit
  • Semifinal match will be 1 game to 11 win by 2
  • Championship match will be best of 3 (games to 11 win by 2)
  • 3rd place medal match will be 1 game to 11 win by 2
  • Time-outs (1 per team ) only in Championship and 3/4 matches
  • All teams will play at least 5 games 
  • Awards will be given to first, second, and third place teams

  • Men’s Doubles 4.0 

SATURDAY AM

  • Women's Doubles 3.5
  • Mixed Doubles Combined (3.75) 7.5

SATURDAY PM

  • Women's Doubles 4.5+
  • Mixed Doubles 4.5+
  • Men's Doubles 4.5+

Times Subject to Change

Fees

  • 3.5 and 4.0 brackets $60 Registration fee and first event - additional $15.00 fee for second event
  • 4.5+ brackets are $75 Registration fee and first event - additional $40 fee for second event. Cash payouts for 1st and 2nd places, medals for 3rd place
  • 3.5 and 4.0 brackets t-shirt included in fee or you may opt for a $10 donation to the United Way in lieu of t-shirt. 
  • Payments will be taken AFTER you receive confirmation of registration
  • Registration begins October 1, 2021
  • Registration must be in by November 1, 2021 to secure a t-shirt
  • Final Registration November 10, 2021
  • Cancelations will not be refunded after payment is made
  • Your event start time will be emailed three days prior to event
  • Club Members register in Court Reserve - non-members please use registration button below

Covid Precautions

  • Masks must be worn at all times except at play
  • Maintain 6ft distance when possible
  • Hand sanitizing stations and touchless restroom facilities provided

Player Expectations

  • Non-marking court shoes are required
  • Please be courteous and cross behind courts only after the rally has been played out.
  • Players must check in 15 minutes before their first scheduled game and be ready to play on-time.
  • If you are late and not ready to play when your game is called you will forfeit that game. 
  • The serving team will be set based on game assignment. 
  • Players will referee and score their own games. Players are responsible for calling all line faults on their court. All calls are to be made instantaneously, and good etiquette says close calls are ALWAYS awarded to your opponents. The winning team should record the score and submit to tournament officials. The tournament Director will settle all disputes.
  • Awards will be given to teams finishing in first, second, and third place.
