Account Management
We aim to provide flexible and convenient options to manage your account.
Monthly Invoicing:
- You can charge your account with court fees, lessons, open play sign-up, and Point-of-Sale purchases.
- You will be able to view your account and review charges anytime through the Web Portal or through the App.
- An invoice will be generated at the beginning of each month for the charges from the previous month. NOTE: Court Fees, Lessons, and Open Play sign-up that have been charged but not occurred yet, will not be billed until they are realized.
- All members have a 10-day grace period to pay invoice.
Payment Options:
- Preferred Method - Card-on-File: If you have provided your credit card information, the card will be automatically charged within the first 5 days of the new month. NOTE: FPC does not store or see any credit card information. This is securely managed by our payment processing company CardConnect.
- Pay your invoice on-line: You can pay your bill each month by going into your account and providing your credit card information each time.
- Pay your invoice at the club: You can pay your bill each month at the club by providing your credit card (and we run it on our CC machine), pay cash or pay by check.
- Pay as you go: You can pay your open balance any time with a credit card by going into your account and providing your CC information. You can also pay for services at the club if you wish with either credit card, cash or check.

CANCELATION POLICY
Open Play, Events and Court Reservations
In fairness to our members and to provide full opportunity for play time, Flemington Pickleball Club has the following Cancelation Policy regarding Open Play, Events and Court Reservations. We appreciate your understanding and acknowledgement of this policy.
Open Play:
- Members/Guest may cancel a reservation up to 24 hours before all open play sessions. This allows time for those on the waitlist to be notified and arrive at the event.
- Failure to cancel prior to the 24 hours cancelation window will result in the open play session being charged to your account.
- No-Shows - Members/Guest that accrue more that (2) No-Shows in a single month will be assessed a $10 no-show fee for each occurrence after the second time.
Events / Clinics / Lessons:
- Members/Guest may cancel a Clinic or Lessons up to 24 hours before the scheduled event start unless the event includes a specific cancelation policy.
- Members/Guest may cancel an Event, Tournament, PRO Clinic, Round Robin, or any Special Event 3 Days before the scheduled event start unless the event includes a specific cancelation policy.
- Failure to cancel prior to the 24 hours or 3 Day cancelation window will result in the session being charged to your account.
Court Reservations:
- Members may cancel a court reservation up to 12 hours before start time.
- Failure to cancel prior to the 12 hours cancelation window will result in the court fee being charged to your account.
We recognize that personal emergencies may arise. Please contact the club if you need to cancel outside the cancelation window. Thank you.
