Central Jersey Leagues
General Information Leagues
League Format:
• 12 - 2-player teams - alternates/3rd person can be included (team fee can be divided as required)
• Entrance Fee will be $250 per team
• Teams assigned a # and will play every other team except 1 in Seeding Rounds (weeks 1-6)
• Each team will have one week as a bye
• Each team will advance to final playoff weekend and play teams based on seeding
• Teams will be seeded 1-12 based on guidelines below
• Each team will play 12 matches in total.
• Each match will be best of 3, games to 11 (win by 2) - matches will be assigned a 1hr time slot
• Teams can continue to play for the full hour if match ends early
• Teams will play 2 matches each day they are scheduled to play.
• Teams assigned the A position will start on the serving court
• Teams are encouraged to identify a sub (if a conflict) so that matches can be played as schedule - (No substitution will be allowed the last week.)
• Scores for game and match will be recorded for purposes of seeding tie-breakers
• Midday league will include a full KNOCKOUT round based on final seeding

Seeding / Tie-breaker Guidelines:
1. Match Wins
2. Head to Head (if 2 teams tied)
3. Common opponent match record (if more than 2 teams tied)
4. Games Lost (lower is better)
5. Games Won (higher is better)
6. Total Points
Fees:
- $250 Per Team
